Mara Ellison
Lead coach
Builds calm inspection frameworks for riders who want to understand the “why” behind each adjustment.
Our story
GradualVox Bicycle Atelier began with a simple observation: riders often need a reliable process more than another hurried tip. Our lessons make brake adjustment understandable, observable, and respectful of different bicycle systems.
We help riders develop sound maintenance habits through precise explanations, realistic practice, and responsible safety checks. We teach skills, not guarantees, and encourage professional inspection whenever a bicycle remains uncertain.
Every lesson is structured around observation, adjustment, verification, and documentation. The result is a useful workshop language that applies across rim, mechanical disc, and hydraulic brake conversations.
